Marion Briggs, a third generation contractor and Fort Myers native graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration.  She holds a Real Estate Brokers license as well as a Building Contractors License.  Continuing the traditions of her grandfather and father, she wanted to further the success created by her father's company, Sun Country Homes, Inc., established in Fort Myers in 1973.  Since then Sun Country Homes has built over 1000 homes in and around Lee County, all unique and in someway defined by our customers' needs and lifestyle.  We pride ourselves on our willingness to spend as much time as it takes to work together with our clients to achieve their dream of a home.  We offer a family tradition of quality and integrity inspired by fore fathers.  No project is too big or small and each endeavor is given the approach of building it like we were doing it for ourselves.
