Our Broker, Marion Briggs

Marion Briggs is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a third-generation licensed Building Contractor, and Fort Myers native. She graduated from the University of South Florida and holds a degree in Business Administration. Continuing the traditions of her grandfather and father, Marion wanted to further the success created by her father’s company; Sun Country Homes, Inc., established in Fort Myers in 1973, and established Sun Country Realty to serve the needs of all homeowners. Since then, Sun Country Homes and Realty has built and sold over 1000 homes in and around Lee County, all unique and in some way defined by our customers’ needs and lifestyle.
